Aloha, I'm Brandon Jirō Hayashi.

I've spent more than 15 years in the climate space.

Formerly a clean energy executive leading teams working on carbon reduction, an epiphany led me to transition into the broader space of nature-based solutions where I focused on native reforestation, carbon removals, ecosystem services, and conservation finance

I'm seeking the next step in my career where I can leverage my past experience, continue to learn, and be like the pūko'a / coral reef by working in service of positive ecological and economic outcomes in these challenging times.
